My Approach
I have always been interested in staying fit and being able to do the things I enjoy such as riding bikes with my kids and dogs, going kayaking, running, and hiking.
At age 30 I noticed it wasn’t as simple to keep fit doing the things that used to work. Aging is a part of life and, unfortunately, that means after the age of 39 we all naturally lose 8-9 % muscle mass each year.
I enjoy helping women gain strength, burn fat and feel good about themselves. My best day is when one of my clients comes to me and says they helped their husband lift something and were surprised how strong they were.
