Red Light Starter for the 1st 2 sessions. First appt I will go over everything and get you started with 5 minutes and then 10 minutes.

Monday-Friday zoom 5:45-6:30am Classes
Monday 5:45am - Strength Class - Keeping it fun & interesting; using bodyweight, sturdy chair, floor mat, thigh bands, resistance tubing, door anchor (or secure wall hooks) and free weights
Tuesday 5:45am - Stability Mobility Class; using soft foam roller, sturdy chair, and 2 yoga blocks (possibly a broom stick)
Wednesday 5:45am- Strength Class - Keeping it fun & interesting; using bodyweight, sturdy chair, floor mat, thigh bands, resistance tubing, door anchor (or secure wall hooks) and free weights
Thursday 5:45am - Cardio - High Intensity Interval Training with butts and guts (20 seconds work/20 seconds rest) - This class is sure to make you sweat and challenge your individual level of intensity as well as tightening up your core and glutes; using mat, purple ball, and thigh bands
Friday 5:45am - Strength Class - Keeping it fun & interesting; using bodyweight, sturdy chair, floor mat, thigh bands, resistance tubing, door anchor (or secure wall hooks) and free weights
5:45am Every Weekday M-F

Hybrid class spots available as well. What does hybrid mean? It means you come to my location and use my equipment for a reduced rate while I work with you and a small group of in-person clients as well as my zoom clients. Pilates for Paddling (only on zoom) -everyone welcome
A targeted fitness program designed to enhance performance on the water by focusing on shoulder strength and mobility - key elements for generating power and paddling without injury. The program also prioritizes glute strength and hip health to support core stability and promote efficient movement with every stroke.
Because paddlers spend so much time sitting, both on and off the water, this program specifically addresses the negative effects of prolonged sitting. It improves posture, flexibility, and muscle balance so you can paddle stronger, move more freely, and recover faster.
While it’s designed with paddlers in mind, anyone can benefit from this program.
Friday Class: March 27th - May 15th 8:15-9am $56/8 weeks
