Research has shown that 20 minutes per session of Red and Near Infared Light Therapy can help reduce oxidative stress and inflammation on the body, increase energy levels by encouraging the release of ATP from the mitochondria, naturally increase your body’s production of collagen, increase blood circulation and tissue oxygenation, improves the look of wrinkles and cellulite and helps heal acne, rosacea, eczema, rashes, sun damage and psoriasis, fades scars and stretch marks and aids in hair regrowth. The only expense for you is joining a class, either in person, hybrid or zoom to follow the workout plan. In person (Edgerton WI) $40.00 per week, zoom or hybrid $25.00 per week just zoom classes $60.00 per month and Sunday’s zoom class is FREE to anyone who signs the waiver.
What is required? Scale, body measuring tape (with help from a friend for accuracy is best), weekly photos (for your eyes only, unless you would like to share your incredible progress), and attendance of kickoff meeting via zoom Sunday, October 12th at 6pm.
What equipment is needed? Weights and resistance bands with handles and wall/door anchors, medium and/or heavy thigh band, Loop bands (referred to as pull up bands), and sturdy bench or plyo box 12-18 inches tall or come to in-person (Edgerton WI) work out sessions and use my equipment (limited space available).
What can I except? Kickoff meeting to get started - this challenge will emphasize strength, mobility and stress management which leads to fat reduction and weight loss, daily trigger session reminders, 5-6 days a week zoom or in person workout with Shannon which includes 3-4 days of Strength Training M, W and F 5:45am or 5:45pm and optional Sunday 5:45pm, one day of Mobility and Stability and one day of Short High Intensity Interval Training mixed with Core and Glute training, a spread sheet will be provided to follow for tracking your progress, daily weigh-ins to get your weekly average, weekly measurements and photos to track your progress, and weekly emails giving you inspiration and tools to help you along the way.

Monday 5:45am - Strength Class - Keeping it fun & interesting; using bodyweight, sturdy chair, floor mat, thigh bands, resistance tubing, door anchor (or secure wall hooks) and (optional) free weights
Tuesday 5:45am - Stability Mobility Class; using soft foam roller, sturdy chair, and 2 yoga blocks (possibly a broom stick)
Wednesday 5:45am- Strength Class - Keeping it fun & interesting; using bodyweight, sturdy chair, floor mat, thigh bands, resistance tubing, door anchor (or secure wall hooks) and (optional) free weights
Thursday 5:45am - Cardio - High Intensity Interval Training with butts and guts (20 seconds work/20 seconds rest) - This class is sure to make you sweat and challenge your individual level of intensity as well as tightening up your core and glutes; using mat, purple ball, and thigh bands
Friday 5:45am - Strength Class - Keeping it fun & interesting; using bodyweight, sturdy chair, floor mat, thigh bands, resistance tubing, door anchor (or secure wall hooks) and (optional) free weights
5:45am Every Weekday M-F
$60.00 for the month
Hybrid class spots available as well. What does hybrid mean? It means you come to my location and use my equipment for a reduced rate while I work with you and a small group of in person clients as well as my zoom clients.
