    Red Light Starter for the 1st 2 sessions. First appt I will go over everything and get you started with 5 minutes and then 10 minutes.

  • First appt will be a demonstration and 5 minutes under the light, 2nd appointment will be 10 minutes under the light and any following appointments will be 20 minutes.

Effective March 2024: 30-minute class = $4.00, 45-minute class = $5.00, 60-minute class = $6.00 when you sign up for the session and pay upfront

For drop-in classes each class will be an up charge of $2.00 per class **this applies to all classes with the exception of the Monday - Friday 5:45am classes, for those classes please sign up for each day you are able to make it to hold your spot


Monday-Friday 5:45-6:30am Classes

Monday 5:45am -Hip Neutral -The first 30ish minutes of class will be the same routine, a series of 30-60 second exercises designed to strengthen the muscles surrounding the hip joint in order to help those of us that sit too much for work get into a more neutral hip position. This routine improves mobility, stability, and strength of the hips in all planes of motion, which has been shown to improve other parts of the kinetic chain (ie: ankles, knees, back and shoulders). The last 10-minutes of class will concentrate on core exercises.

Tuesday 5:45am - Strength Classes - Keeping it fun & interesting, using bodyweight, bar bells, resistance tubing, circuit training and free weights, kettle bells and more.

Wednesday 5:45am- Cardio and Mobility Classes - This class is approximately 10 minutes of 40/20 cardio intervals followed by mobility and stability training.

Thursday 5:45am - Cardio - High Intensity Interval Training (20 seconds work/20 seconds rest) - This class is sure to make you sweat and challenge your individual level of intensity.

Friday 5:45am - Strength Classes - Keeping it fun & interesting, using bodyweight, bar bells, resistance tubing, circuit training and free weights, kettle bells and more.

Class focused on tightening and strengthening your abs and core as well as your legs and butt.

Monday 5:15-6PM Hitt/strength FaT Blaster Class

45 Minute High-Intensity Interval Training mixed in with strength training for a total body workout and maximum fat burn, while working at your own pace. High intensity for you may not be the same for someone else and that is OK. These are short bursts (20 to 40 seconds) and then rest periods, which is proven to be the best way to lose weight and keep it off.

Wednesday 4:45-5:15 pM Butts & guts

Class focused on tightening and strengthening your abs and core as well as your legs and butt.

Wednesday 5:15-6 pm Strength training

One hour class of lifting weights and/or using resistance tubing to make strength gains. This could be instructional in a small group setting counting reps using resistance tubing or free weights or with equipment set out in a circuit, where you do one exercise for 1 minute and move to the next.

thursday 6-6:45 pm KickboxinG

After warming up and a short punch and kick walk through you will rotate through 13 different stations for 2 minutes each and 30 seconds rest in between. Come join the fun! Bring your own boxing gloves or use some of mine.

Jan 2nd - feb 27th $54.00/9 wks

Sunday 5-6 pm Strength Training

1.3 hour class: Lifting heavy weights (heavy based on individual ability) with small rep ranges using the progressive overload principles and proper rest periods to build to most amount of muscle. Each participant will use their own tracking sheet record their progression each week.

2/3:1 small group Coaching

Do you and a friend or 2 have the same fitness goals? Meet with me for an hour for free to talk about your goals and see what I have to offer. If you feel like it’s a good fit, we will set up a schedule that works for you. I like this approach because most women of the same age have a lot of the same goals and I have found that when you have a support group you stick with it and motivate each other.

$20.00/hr for each client
