Shannon is amazing! She has built an environment that is encouraging and safe! She is always well prepared with new and exciting routines and equipment to ensure the workout is not stale. It is clear she puts a lot of work and thought into her craft and has a desire to assist people in being healthy from the inside out! I have never felt more included and part of a well-being community! In the past I have had personal training, different gym memberships, and workout clubs. NOTHING has made me feel more successful than working with Shannon. As someone who recently moved to Blanchardville, I was concerned about how to establish a consistent workout routine in the small community for a woman my age. Eleven months ago, I started with a few classes each week and am now attending multiple different classes weekly. I consider myself lucky to work with a professional like Shannon!

Finding a fitness program that offers variety, quality, and accessibility can be tough, but Shannon B Fitness delivers all of this and more. With group classes ranging from strength training and cardio to personalized training programs, there’s something for everyone, no matter their fitness level or goals.

I've been attending her classes for over two years, and in every single class, Shannon has such a contagious energy and positive attitude. Her classes are more than just workouts--they’re an opportunity to feel motivated and supported in a fun, uplifting environment. She also modifies exercises for those who need it, ensuring that everyone can participate and challenge themselves at their own pace.
As a 40-year-old runner, I’ve found her classes invaluable for maintaining overall health and staying strong as I age, not to mention improving my performance in running.
Blanchardville is so fortunate to have Shannon B Fitness!

Shannon B Fitness has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made just for me. Honestly, my initial goal was to be skinny. 2 years later, I have built muscles, feel strong and lost inches. But the best part, endorphins from working out are real! I feel fantastic!
