Saturated Fats (means they are solid at room temp which gives them a longer shelf life)

found in foods like butter, ghee, lard, coconut oil, palm oil, cakes, biscuits, fatty cuts of meat, sausages, bacon, and cheese

Healthy Fats that should be consumed in moderation: Unsaturated Fats

avocados, Olives & Olive Oil, Salmon and other fatty fish, nuts and seeds, Flaxseed, chia seeds, dark chocolate, and eggs
